About the event

  Based on Deepak Chopra's Perfect Health -Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program, and presented by Fiona , an experienced certified  Chopra Instructor,  this exclusive, fun and inspiring series of 5 sessions ,which  can be attended singularly, or in its entirety to set you up for life-long physical, emotional and spiritual balance , that will enable and empower you to live as the best version of you !  You will learn and experience gentle and easy lifestyle practices in every session that you can apply straight away , you will see and  feel the many benefits throughout all aspects of your life, including improved relationships, a greater sense of compassion, vitality, joy and resilience to manage whatever life throws your way!   This interactive program will start with a Dosha questionaire, discover what your unique Prakruti and Vikruti is , and we will do an Ojas / Ama questionaire  ....how in balance are you? How strong is your digestive fire? Your ability to digest all of lifes experiences, extract the nourishment, and release the toxins ? And then discover what you can do to restore homestasis for your mind, body and spirit on a daily basis ....through our five senses of taste, touch, sound, sight and smell. You will enjoy a cooking demonstration, recipes , shopping lists and more including  a shared Ayurvedic mainstay of Khichari, Chai Tea , and Ayurvedic sweet treats!    

Some gentle yoga, pranyama and meditation practices will be included in each session, that are suitable for all, so please be sure to wear something comfortable, and please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
